SB One Bancorp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ROCKAWAY, N.J., April 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SB One Bancorp SBBX, the holding company for SB One Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per common share, which is payable on May 27, 2019 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2019.
