Finisar to Release Second Quarter 2019 Financial Results on December 3

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Nov. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Finisar Corporation FNSR, a global technology leader in high-speed optical communications, will release its second quarter fiscal 2019 financial results for the period ending October 28, 2018 prior to the market open on Monday, December 3, 2018.

Finisar will not hold an earnings call, nor provide forward guidance for the third quarter of fiscal 2019, due to the previously announced proposed acquisition by II-VI Incorporated IIVI.
