Franklin, and Berggruen Holdings, Ltd. ("Berggruen Holdings"). Mr. Franklin and Berggruen Holdings each purchased 500,000 shares. Nicolas Berggruen, a director of Platform, is one of the directors of Berggruen Holdings.
