Lincoln Electric Board Approves 11.4% Dividend Increase

CLEVELAND, Oct. 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., LECO announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an 11.4% increase in the quarterly cash dividend, from $0.35 per share to $0.39 per share, or to $1.56 per share on an annualized basis. This marks the twenty-second consecutive annual increase of the dividend. The declared quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per common share is payable January 12, 2018 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2017.
