Community Partners Bancorp Elects Frank J. Patock, Jr. as New Chairman of the Board

At the Community Partners Bancorp CPBC (parent company of Two River Community Bank) Annual Meeting held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at the Hilton Woodbridge in Iselin, the Board of Directors elected Frank J. Patock, Jr., as their new Chairman of the Board. Formerly the Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Patock is the President of Patock Construction Company, and is a founder and former member of the Board of Directors of Tinton Falls State Bank. His 22 years of experience as a bank incorporator/director and his valuable business acumen and skills as the long-time CEO of a general contracting company specializing in the development of corporate, retail and governmental building facilities, qualify him for service as the Chairman of the Board. "I am honored to be elected as Chairman of the Board and am eager to help lead the bank in growing their customer base and expanding into new areas," says Mr. Patock.
