Yelp IPO prices at $15

The Yelp IPO priced ahead of its range. The company came in at $15 a share, a dollar above the $14 high end. The internet company sold 7.1 mn shares and raised $106.5 mn. The market cap is set to be $898.1 mn heading into the start of trading. Yelp will trade on NYSE under the symbol YELP.

The major shareholders are: Bessemer Venture Partners (22.1 percent voting rights), Elevation Partners (22 percent voting rights) and Benchmark Capital (15.9 percent voting rights). Max Levchin has 13.5 percent of the votes, and CEO Jeremy Stoppelman has 11.1 percent.
