Roper Technologies Clocks 16% Revenue Growth In Q3, Raises FY23 EPS Outlook Once Again

Roper Technologies Inc ROP reported third-quarter FY23 sales growth of 16% year-on-year to $1.563 billion, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $1.548 billion.

Gross profit increased 16.4% to $1.1 billion with a margin of 70.1%.

Operating income climbed 13.4% to $446.1 million, with an operating margin of 28.5%.

Adjusted EBITDA climbed 18% to $652 million, and the adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 60 basis points to 41.7%.

Adjusted EPS of $4.32 beat the analyst consensus estimate of $4.22.

Operating cash flow for the quarter totaled $631 million with an adjusted free cash flow of $625 million.

The company held $299.5 million in cash and equivalents as of September 30, 2023.

Outlook: Roper raised FY23 adjusted EPS from $16.36 - $16.50 to $16.62 - $16.66 against the consensus of $16.52.

For Q4, ROP expects adjusted EPS of $4.28 - $4.32 against the Street view of $4.28.

Price Action: ROP shares are trading lower by 0.30% at $481.11 on the last check Wednesday.
