Ford Motor Company F shares are trading lower by 7.26% to $13.28 Friday morning after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter adjusted EPS results.

What Happened?

Ford reported fourth-quarter revenue of $44 billion, which beat average analyst estimates of $40.37 billion. The Detroit-based automaker reported quarterly adjusted earnings of 51 cents per share, which missed consensus estimates of 62 cents per share.

Operating cash flow totaled $1.2 billion in the quarter. Adjusted free cash flow came in at $2.4 billion.
