  • Analog Devices, Inc. ADI is in talks to acquire Maxim Integrated Products Inc. MXIM for over $17 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported. Analog Devices shares rose 0.2% to close at $124.50 on Friday, while Maxim Integrated shares slipped 0.6% to close at $64.09 on Friday.

  • Multiplan disclosed that it has reached a merger deal with special purpose acquisition company Churchill Capital III Corp CCXX, valuing the company at $11 billion. Churchill Capital III shares rose 2% to close at $10.81 on Friday
