  • Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) is in talks to acquire Maxim Integrated Products Inc. (NASDAQ: MXIM) for over $17 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported. Analog Devices shares rose 0.2% to close at $124.50 on Friday, while Maxim Integrated shares slipped 0.6% to close at $64.09 on Friday.
