  • The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU) is looking to acquire Moneygram International Inc (NASDAQ: MGI), according to Bloomberg. MoneyGram shares climbed 32% to $3.41 in after-hours trading, while Western Union shares gained 6.2% to $22.00 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting Zoom Video Communications Inc (NASDAQ: ZM) to have earned $0.09 per share on sales of $202.04 million in the latest quarter. Zoom will release earnings after the markets close. Zoom shares surged to its 52-week high on Monday and climbed 2.7% to $209.70 in the after-hours trading session.
