Following Wednesday's close, RingCentral Inc RNG released its Q2 earnings report. EPS for Q2 came in at a loss of $0.02 versus expectations of a gain of $0.01. Sales were $91.844 million versus estimates of $87.60 million.
Chairman and CEO Vlad Shmunis said, "We believe we are ahead of our peers in terms of product innovation, partnerships, and integrations and we will continue to invest to maintain that lead."
Ring Central reported Software Subscription revenues of $86.1 million versus prior year of $64.44 million. Non-GAAP operating margins for Q2 were +1.9 percent versus prior year of -5.0 percent.
Shares of Ring Central closed Wednesday's session up $0.34 or 1.49 percent to $23.22.
