SolarCity Corp (NASDAQ: SCTY) is projected to report a quarterly loss at $2.31 per share on revenue of $108.44 million. SolarCity shares rose 0.73 percent to $22.00 in the after-hours trading session.

Ferro Corp (NYSE: FOE) has hired Lazard to assist it in exploring a sale, according to sources as reported by Reuters on Friday. Ferro shares surged 13.08 percent to close at $13.92 on Friday.

Wall Street expects AES Corp (NYSE: AES) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.20 per share on revenue of $3.84 billion. AES shares rose 0.72 percent to $11.16 in the after-hours trading session.

Regal Beloit Corp (NYSE: RBC) is expected to report its quarterly earnings at $1.07 per share on revenue of $851.52 million. Regal Beloit shares rose 0.48 percent to close at $64.30 on Friday.

Analysts expect Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) (NYSE: TEVA) to report its quarterly earnings at $1.17 per share on revenue of $4.77 billion. Teva shares gained 0.50 percent to $50.52 in after-hours trading.
