SolarCity Corp (NASDAQ: SCTY) is projected to report a quarterly loss at $2.31 per share on revenue of $108.44 million. SolarCity shares rose 0.73 percent to $22.00 in the after-hours trading session.

Ferro Corp (NYSE: FOE) has hired Lazard to assist it in exploring a sale, according to sources as reported by Reuters on Friday. Ferro shares surged 13.08 percent to close at $13.92 on Friday.
