(Japan) SFTBY is considering Yahoo's web business and Asian assets, including stakes in Yahoo Japan Corp YAHOY and Alibaba Group Holding Ltd BABA, according to the NY Post. On Sunday, Dow Jones reported that the owner of the UK's Daily Mail newspaper is said to be in talks with private-equity firms regarding a potential bid for Yahoo. Analysts expect Lightinthebox Holding Co Ltd-ADR LITB to post its quarterly earnings at $0.01 per share on revenue of $81.23 million. Lightinthebox shares gained 2.16 percent to close at $2.36 on Friday. Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc SGYP is considering a potential sale, according a source reported by Street Insider on Friday. Bloomberg reported in March of last year that the maker of irritable bowel syndrome and chronic idiopathic constipation treatment plecanatide, was speaking to advisors about options for the company, including a sale. Synergy Pharmaceuticals shares surged 10.03 percent to close at $3.18 on Friday. Analysts are expecting Bank Of The Ozarks Inc OZRK to have earned $0.55 per share on revenue of $133.70 million in the latest quarter. Bank Of The Ozarks shares rose 0.42 percent to close at $40.74 on Friday.
