Wall Street expects Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.04 per share on revenue of $7.57 billion. Rite Aid shares fell 0.23 percent to $8.56 in after-hours trading.

Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) reported better-than-expected earnings for its fiscal first quarter, but the company's sales missed analysts' expectations. Oracle shares fell 1.25 percent to $37.80 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting Adobe Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ: ADBE) to have earned $0.50 per share on revenue of $1.21 billion in the latest quarter. Adobe shares rose 1.26 percent to close at $80.53 yesterday.

Altice SA agreed to buy Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC) for around $17.7 billion. Cablevision shares jumped 16.05 percent to $33.12 in the after-hours trading session.

Herman Miller, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLHR) reported better-than-expected earnings for its fiscal first quarter and issued a strong forecast for the current quarter. Herman Miller shares jumped 7.57 percent to $29.97 in the after-hours trading session.
