Brands shares slipped 0.24 percent to $91.77 in the after-hours trading session. U.S. Bancorp USB is projected to report its Q2 earnings at $0.80 per share on revenue of $5.04 billion. U.S. Bancorp shares gained 0.09 percent to $43.92 in the after-hours trading session. CSX Corporation CSX reported better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter of 2015. CSX shares jumped 3.37 percent to $33.15 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Netflix, Inc. NFLX to have earned $0.04 per share on revenue of $1.65 billion in the second quarter. Netflix shares rose 0.06 percent to $703.00 in after-hours trading. BlackRock, Inc. BLK is estimated to report its Q2 earnings at $4.80 per share on revenue of $2.85 billion. BlackRock shares dropped 0.44 percent to close at $342.73 yesterday. Celgene Corporation CELG announced its plans to acquire Receptos Inc RCPT for $7.2 billion. Celgene also lifted its earnings forecast for 2015. Receptos shares surged 10.12 percent to $228.15 in after-hours trading, while Celgene shares climbed 5.72 percent to $129.88 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Intel Corporation INTC to post its Q2 earnings at $0.50 per share on revenue of $13.04 billion. Intel shares slipped 0.27 percent to close at $29.65 yesterday. Mead Johnson Nutrition CO MJN lowered its FY15 earnings guidance. Mead Johnson Nutrition shares dipped 5.25 percent to $83.50 in after-hours trading.
