Alcoa shares rose 0.06% to $16.12 in after-hours trading. Burlington Stores, Inc. BURL raised its forecast for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2014. The company also announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer Todd Weyhrich. Burlington shares climbed 4.37% to $50.10 in after-hours trading. Analysts expect SYNNEX Corp. SNX to report its Q4 earnings at $1.70 per share. SYNNEX shares dropped 1.37% to close at $71.91 on Friday. Shire PLC SHPG has agreed to buy NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. NPSP for $5.2 billion, or $46 per share. NPS Pharmaceuticals shares gained 0.26% to $42.02 in after-hours trading, while Shire shares climbed 1.59% to close at $217.49 on Friday. Tiffany & Co. TIF is projected to report holiday-season same-store sales. Tiffany shares slipped 1.61% to close at $103.45 on Friday.
