Wall Street expects Darden Restaurants (NYSE: DRI) to report its Q2 earnings at $0.27 per share on revenue of $1.55 billion. Darden shares gained 0.52% to $57.50 in after-hours trading.

The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA) lifted its quarterly dividend by 25% from $0.73 to $0.91 per share and raised its share buyback to $12 billion. Boeing shares climbed 2.39% to $125.00 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting Navistar International (NYSE: NAV) to report its Q4 earnings at $0.16 per share on revenue of $3.01 billion. Navistar shares dropped 2.07% to close at $35.05 yesterday.

VeriFone Systems (NYSE: PAY) reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results. However, the company issued a weak earnings forecast. VeriFone shares slipped 0.64% to $32.85 in the after-hours trading session.

HEICO (NYSE: HEI) is estimated to post its Q4 earnings at $0.46 per share on revenue of $303.83 million. HEICO shares gained 2.59% to close at $53.82 yesterday.

Eli Lilly & Company (NYSE: LLY) increased its quarterly dividend by 2% to $0.50 per share. Eli Lilly shares rose 0.46% to $69.99 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect FactSet Research Systems (NYSE: FDS) to report its Q1 earnings at $1.32 per share on revenue of $241.44 million. FactSet Research shares rose 0.34% to close at $135.10 yesterday.
