Intel shares surged 2.61% to $32.98 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Netflix NFLX to have earned $0.93 per share on revenue of $1.41 billion in the third quarter. Netflix shares gained 0.67% to $452.15 in after-hours trading. CSX CSX reported upbeat earnings for the third quarter. CSX shares gained 2.39% to $33.39 in the after-hours trading. St. Jude Medical STJ is projected to report its Q3 earnings at $0.96 per share on revenue of $1.39 billion. St. Jude Medical shares climbed 0.90% to $60.45 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect eBay EBAY to post Q3 earnings at $0.67 per share on revenue of $4.37 billion. eBay shares surged 0.71% to $50.95 in after-hours trading. Qualcomm QCOM has offered to acquire CSR Plc CSR for $2.5 billion. Qualcomm shares rose 0.22% to $72.02 in after-hours trading, while CSR shares gained 1.22% to close at $41.95 yesterday. American Express Company AXP is expected to post its Q3 earnings at $1.36 per share on revenue of $8.35 billion. American Express shares gained 0.91% to $83.49 in after-hours trading.
