Team TISI reported in-line earnings for the fiscal first quarter. However, the company's revenue missed analysts' estimates. Team shares fell 0.92% to close at $37.71 yesterday. Dynegy DYN launched a 22.5 million share common stock and 4 million share mandatory convertible preferred stock offerings. Dynegy shares gained 0.10% to close at $31.30 yesterday.
