Citigroup shares gained 0.02% to $47.01 in after-hours trading. Aecom Technology ACM announced its plans to buying URS URS for $4 billion in cash and stock. URS shares gained 2.14% to close at $52.02 on Friday, while Aecom Tech shares rose 0.32% to close at $31.76 on Friday. Analysts are expecting Bank of the Ozarks OZRK to have earned $0.33 per share on revenue of $78.56 million in the second quarter. Bank of the Ozarks shares declined 0.85% to close at $32.80 on Friday. Lorillard LO and Reynolds American RAI are engaged in discussions regarding RAI's potential acquisition of Lorillard. Lorillard shares rose 0.53% to $66.36 in the after-hours trading session, while Reynolds American shares gained 0.36% to $61.97 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Wintrust Financial WTFC to post its Q2 earnings at $0.72 per share on revenue of $197.92 million. Wintrust Financial shares rose 0.18% to close at $45.70 on Friday.
