FactSet Research shares gained 0.22% to close at $113.01 yesterday. Kindred Healthcare KND lifted its offer for Gentiva Health Services GTIV. Kindred will commence an offer to acquire Gentiva for $14.50 per share in cash. Gentiva shares climbed 3.93% to $14.54 in the after-hours trading session, while Kindred shares fell 1.01% to $25.48 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Adobe Systems ADBE to have earned $0.30 per share on revenue of $1.03 billion in the second quarter. Adobe shares declined 0.10% to $67.55 in after-hours trading. Williams WMB announced its plans to sell $3 billion of common stock. Williams shares fell 0.93% to $55.50 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect John Wiley & Sons (NYSE: JW-A) to report its Q4 earnings at $0.68 per share on revenue of $445.27 million. John Wiley shares dropped 0.14% to close at $56.76 yesterday. Amira Nature Foods ANFI reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings. Amira shares jumped 27.59% to $16.60 in the after-hours trading session.
