Sears Canada SEARF swung to a profit in the second quarter.
Sears Canada posted a quarterly net profit of C$152.8 million, or C$$1.50 per share, versus a year-ago net loss of C$9.8 million, or 10 Canadian cents per share.
Its revenue declined 10% to C$960.1 million, while sales at established stores slipped 2.5%.
Sears Canada shares closed at $8.88 yesterday.
