LDK Solar shares rose 2.44% to $1.68 in after-hours trading. Lululemon Athletica LULU announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Christine Day. The company also posted upbeat quarterly results. Lululemon shares tumbled 12.74% to $71.80 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance ULTA to post its Q1 earnings at $0.62 per share on revenue of $576.30 million. Ulta Salon shares gained 0.01% to $86.60 in after-hours trading. Diamond Foods DMND named Raymond Silcock as its new chief financial officer and restated its FQ2 results. Diamond Foods shares gained 3.19% to $18.10 in the after-hours trading session. Texas Instruments TXN narrowed its Q2 view. The company now projects Q2 earnings of $0.39 to $0.43 per share on revenue of $2.99 billion to $3.11 billion. Texas Instruments shares declined 1.69% to $36.00 in the after-hours trading session.
