Wall Street expects Lululemon Athletica (NASDAQ: LULU) to post its Q1 earnings at $0.30 per share on revenue of $341.07 million. Lululemon Athletica shares surged 2.35% to close at $81.43 on Friday.

Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) has agreed to buy Waze for around $1.1 billion, Bloomberg News reported. Google shares rose 1.75% to close at $879.73 on Friday.

Analysts expect Diamond Foods (NASDAQ: DMND) to post a Q3 loss at $0.17 per share on revenue of $175.78 million. Diamond Foods shares climbed 3.84% to close at $16.24 on Friday.

AstraZeneca PLC (NYSE: AZN) announced its plans to buy Pearl Therapeutics for up to $1.15 billion. AstraZeneca shares fell 0.08% to close at $51.45 on Friday.

Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) is expected to webcast its Q2 mid-quarter financial update on June 10, 2013. Texas Instruments shares gained 1.43% to close at $36.18 on Friday.
