Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) reported better-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter results. Adobe shares surged 5.99% to $37.66 in the after-hours trading session.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (NASDAQ: TEVA) announced the pricing of $2.0 billion of senior notes. Teva shares gained 0.15% to $38.90 in after-hours trading.

VeriFone Systems (NYSE: PAY) issued downbeat first-quarter earnings forecast. VeriFone shares dropped 7.37% to $30.78 in the after-hours trading session.

MDC Holdings (NYSE: MDC) declared a cash dividend of $1.00 per share. MDC Holdings shares dropped 1.28% to close at $34.73 yesterday.

Quiksilver (NYSE: ZQK) reported weaker-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter results. Quiksilver shares tumbled 14.74% to $3.47 in after-hours trading.
