Joy Global shares fell 0.19% to $57.76 in after-hours trading. Facebook FB will replace Infosys Ltd INFY on the Nasdaq-100 Index before the opening bell on Wednesday. Facebook shares dropped 0.04% to $27.97 in the after-hours trading session, while Infosys shares dropped 0.26% to close at $43.00 yesterday. Sensata Technologies Holding NV ST announced an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 ordinary shares by existing shareholders. Sensata Technologies shares dropped 1.36% to close at $30.45 yesterday. General Mills GIS declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share. General Mills shares rose 0.95% to close at $41.39 yesterday.
