Wall Street expects John Wiley & Sons (NYSE: JW-A) to report its Q2 earnings at $0.82 per share on revenue of $447.49 million. John Wiley shares dropped 0.30% to close at $42.72 on Friday.
Canada approved CNOOC Ltd (NYSE: CEO) offer to acquire Nexen (NYSE: NXY). CNOOC shares gained 0.73% to close at $216.80 on Friday, while Nexen shares surged 14.80% to $27.00 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Casey's General Stores (NASDAQ: CASY) to post its Q2 earnings at $0.85 per share on revenue of $1.91 billion. Casey's shares rose 0.50% to close at $49.82 on Friday.
Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: GT) reported that it will transfer its stock listing to the NASDAQ Global Select Market from the NYSE. Goodyear Tire shares fell 0.02% to $12.78 in the after-hours trading session.
Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC) declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share. Kforce shares rose 1.49% to close at $12.98 on Friday.
