Rusal Posts Q3 Loss

United Co. Rusal PLC posted a net loss in the third quarter. Rusal posted a quarterly net loss of US$118 million, versus a year-ago net profit of US$432 million. Its revenue declined 19% to US$2.56 billion from US$3.16 billion.
