Nordstrom JWN reported a downbeat third-quarter profit. Nordstrom shares fell 2.53% to $54.00 in the after-hours trading session. Wall Street expects J. C. Penney Company JCP to report a Q3 loss at $0.07 per share on revenue of $3.27 billion. J. C. Penney shares declined 0.18% to $21.65 in after-hours trading. Priceline.com PCLN announced its plans to acquire Kayak Software KYAK in a $1.8 billion deal. Kayak shares jumped 26.61% to $39.30 in the after-hours trading session, while Priceline shares dropped 1.89% to $616.00 in after-hours trading. Walt Disney Co DIS reported a 14% rise in its net income in the fiscal fourth quarter. However, the company's quarterly revenue missed analysts' estimates. Disney shares declined 2.62% to $48.73 in after-hours trading.
