Stocks To Watch For September 14, 2012

Western Digital WDC lowered its revenue forecast for the fiscal first quarter and initiated a quarterly dividend. Western Digital shares fell 1.66% to $41.87 in the after-hours trading session. Shares of Apple AAPL surged to new highs on Thursday, a day after the company unveiled iPhone 5. Apple shares rose 0.15% to $684.02 in after-hours trading. Werner Enterprises WERN issued downbeat earnings forecast for the third quarter. It now expects Q3 earnings of $0.33 to $0.36 per share, versus analysts' estimates of $0.44 per share. Werner Enterprises shares fell 0.13% to close at $23.67 yesterday. Shares of Pluristem Therapeutics PSTI tumbled 15.20% yesterday after the company priced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 units, with each unit consisting of one share of its common stock and one warrant to purchase 0.35 of a share, at a purchase price of $4.00 per unit. Pluristem Therapeutics shares gained 0.26% to $3.86 in the after-hours trading session.
