Stocks To Watch For August 27, 2012

Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are: Wall Street expects Donaldson Company DCI to report its Q2 earnings at $0.47 per share on revenue of $672.63 million. Donaldson shares dropped 0.71% to close at $34.90 on Friday. Hertz Global Holdings HTZ announced its plans to acquire Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group DTG for around $2.3 billion in cash. Hertz Global shares closed at $13.15 on Friday, while Dollar Thrifty shares closed at $81.00 on Friday. Analysts are expecting Tiffany & Co TIF to have earned $0.74 per share on revenue of $891.61 million in the second quarter. Tiffany shares rose 0.07% to close at $58.50 on Friday. Shares of Zumiez ZUMZ dropped 5.77% on Friday after the company announced the resignation of its chief financial officer and corporate secretary Marc Stolzman. Zumiez shares closed at $31.51 on Friday. Analysts expect PVH PVH to post its Q2 earnings at $1.20 per share on revenue of $1.34 billion. PVH shares gained 1% to close at $87.94 on Friday.
