CapitaLand Q2 Net Profit Down 3.3%

Singapore's CapitaLand Ltd CLLDF reported a 3.3% drop in its second-quarter net profit. CapitaLand's quarterly net profit fell to S$385.9 million, from S$399 million, in the year-ago period. Its revenue climbed 16.5% to S$862.5 million from S$740.4 million. Excluding items, CapitaLand's net profit came in at S$179.5 million.
