Aboitiz Equity Ventures Posts 27% Rise In Q1 Net Profit

Investment holding company Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc reported a 27% rise in its net profit in the first quarter. Its quarterly net profit surged to PHP5.9 billion, versus a net profit of PHP4.6 billion in the year-ago quarter. Excluding one-time gains, its core net profit came in at PHP5.5 billion.
