The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share. DPS shares gained 0.59% to $36.00 in after-hours trading. Gap Inc GPS reported a 36% decline in its Q3 profit. It also announced a new $500 million share repurchase program. Gap shares gained 0.16% to $19.28 in after-hours trading. Shanda Games Ltd GAME reported a 19% rise in its Q3 earnings.
