Alliant Energy Corporation Declares Dividend of 39.50 Cents

Alliant Energy Corporation LNT announced today quarterly dividends on common stock were declared by the Board of Directors. The common stock dividend is $.3950 per share payable on November 15, 2010, to shareowners of record on close of business October 29, 2010.
