Additionally, Threads has given users in the U.S. more control over sensitive or fact-checked content visibility.

The app recently introduced interactive polls and GIF-sharing capabilities. Polls 

allow up to four answer choices, and GIFs can be selected from a trending library or searched specifically. 

Threads has expanded keyword search functionality in English and Spanish in multiple countries.
