Microsoft Teams' New Update Aims To Level Up Your Meeting Experience

To elevate the meeting experience for users, Microsoft Teams is preparing to launch a significant update.

As reported by TechRadar on Dec. 11, 2023, Microsoft Corporation MSFT is in the process of creating a feature for Microsoft Teams that would allow users to view a meeting’s live status before joining it. This allows users to gather detailed information about an ongoing meeting, including the participants present and the recording status of the meeting.

This new addition, currently listed as “in development” on the Microsoft 365 roadmap, is projected to be accessible to Android and iOS users starting January 2024.

This includes unveiling a simpler method for users to join meetings via their smartphones, as well as a redesigned layout to facilitate easy navigation of the Android and iOS apps.

As of now, Microsoft Corporation has refrained from disclosing further details regarding this forthcoming update.
