U.S. stocks closed higher on Tuesday, ahead of the Federal Reserve's monetary policy decision. However, all three indices recorded losses last month, with the S&P 500 falling 2.2% and the Dow falling 1.4% for October.
Wall Street analysts make new stock picks on a daily basis. Unfortunately for investors, not all analysts have particularly impressive track records at predicting market movements.
