How To Unpin My AI On Snapchat

Snap Inc.'s SNAP Snapchat launched a new AI-powered chatbot in the app, called My AI. The chatbot does what its rivals do – answer questions posted by its users. This can be anything from trivia to advice and jokes.

Snapchat's My AI chatbot is powered by OpenAI's ChatGPT, with some specific reinforcements and enhancements specifically for Snapchat.

Snapchat began rolling out My AI to users in April, pinning the chatbot on top of users' chat screen. Interestingly enough, users had to subscribe to Snapchat+ to get access to the My AI chatbot. However, now, users will have to pay to get rid of it.

If you are tired of seeing the chatbot, here's how you can get rid of it.

If you are a Snapchat+ subscriber and want to get rid of the My AI chatbot, just follow these steps:

Open Snapchat and swipe right from the chat screen to go to the Chat screen.

Now, press and hold on My AI.
Tap Chat Settings.
Tap ‘Clear from Chat Feed'.

It's worth noting that Snapchat's My AI chatbot is still evolving, so the responses might change as it updates the underlying technology. You can also send feedback by long pressing on any My AI message and let Snapchat know if you want to see more or less of a particular type of content.
