Trump Indictment Names 19 Defendants In Latest Legal Action: Who's On The List?

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis charged former President Donald Trump and 18 of his associates with multiple offenses related to their efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.

According to the charges, Trump was the head of a "criminal enterprise" aimed at corrupting the results of the 2020 election. Trump supervised a vast scheme to derail the transfer of power to Joe Biden.

The indictment portrays Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s former personal attorney, as a key figure in the scheme. Willis’ argument against Trump depicts his former personal lawyer as his most closely linked collaborator in various aspects of the plan.
