CSW Industrials Boosts Quarterly Dividend By 12%

CSW Industrials Inc CSWI Board of Directors has increased the quarterly cash dividend by 12% to $0.19 per share.
The dividend is payable on May 12, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Apr. 28, 2023.
"Over the past four years, we have returned $120.5 million in cash to our shareholders, while also growing organically and through acquisitions," said Joseph B. Armes, Chairman, President, and CEO.
CSW held $14.7 million in cash and equivalents as of Dec. 31, 2022.
The company operates in three segments: Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions, and Specialized Reliability Solutions.
Price Action: CSWI shares are trading higher by 2.29% at $140.77 on the last check Friday.
