Jeanne Oconnor, Chief Talent Officer at Btrs Holdings BTRS, made a large insider sell on September 14, according to a new SEC filing.

What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday showed that Oconnor sold 10,951 shares of Btrs Holdings at a price of $10.02 per share. The total transaction amounted to $109,729.

Following the transaction, Oconnor still owns 29,488 shares of the company, worth $332,624.

Btrs Holdings shares are trading up 0.71% at $11.28 at the time of this writing on Friday morning.

Why Insider Transactions Are Important
