  • Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: KODK) rose 46.7% to $9.17 in pre-market trading as the special committee appointed by its board declared the outcome of its independent review on the company’s handling of stock options to the CEO. The committee remarked that although there were no violations of the law, the company did a sub-par job in matters of corporate governance, according to Bloomberg.
  • Myomo, Inc. (NYSE: MYO) rose 46.3% to $5.75 in pre-market trading after the company disclosed that the HHS has authorized the company to be a Medicare provider..
  • ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: RETO) shares rose 34.7% to $0.64 in pre-market trading after the company signed a cooperation agreement to build large scale industrial park and elderly wellness town in Yangbi County.
  • Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEIX) rose 26.7% to $6.08 in pre-market trading. HC Wainwright & Co. maintained Pacific Ethanol with a Buy and raised the price target from $3 to $16.
  • Tiziana Life Sciences PLC (NASDAQ: TLSA) rose 16.3% to $3.99 in pre-market trading after the company reported planned spin out of StemPrintER into a new publicly listed company, Accustem Sciences.
  • AMC Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: AMCX) rose 14.6% to $23.80 in pre-market trading after the company announced it plans to commence a modified Dutch auction tender offer to purchase up to $250 million of its stock.
  • Polar Power, Inc. (NASDAQ: POLA) rose 13.3% to $1.87 in pre-market trading after gaining over 3% on Tuesday.
  • AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVEO) rose 12.9% to $6.50 in pre-market trading after the company announced on Tuesday the final overall survival results from its Phase 3 TIVO-3 study were published in the journal European Urology.
  • FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX) rose 9.2% to $258.51 in pre-market trading after the company reported stronger-than-expected results for its first quarter on Tuesday.
  • Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: APDN) rose 8.6% to $8.86 in pre-market trading. Applied DNA and Takis Biotech/Evvivax announced plans to launch clinical trial for veterinary use of linear COVID-19 vaccine candidate.
  • Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: TNXP) rose 8.4% to $0.8680 in pre-market trading. Tonix Pharmaceuticals yesterday enrolled first patient in COV-LOGIC, an observational study to assess antibody and T cell responses to coronavirus.
  • ObsEva SA (NASDAQ: OBSV) rose 8.3% to $3.00 in pre-market trading. ObsEva recently announced a $20 million underwritten offering and concurrent private placement priced at-the-market of common shares and 15-month purchase warrants for potential additional gross proceeds of $23.9 million.
  • Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS) rose 7.8% to $0.5598 in pre-market trading after jumping over 28% on Tuesday.
  • Capri Holdings Limited (NYSE: CPRI) rose 7.6% to $22.75 in pre-market trading.
  • WISeKey International Holding AG (NASDAQ: WKEY) rose 7.1% to $7.10 in pre-market trading. WISeKey was recently selected by German health tech company Digital Diagnostics AG to secure its digid cantisense SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus test.
  • Borqs Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRQS) rose 6.9% to $1.08 in pre-market trading. Borqs and Juniper Systems recently reported a partnership for 'enterprise-ready and ultra-rugged' android devices.
  • Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) rose 6.1% to $2.44 in pre-market trading. Accuray recently highlighted use of radixact system with Synchrony Technology by University Hospital Città Della Salute E Della Scienza in Italy.
  • AIM ImmunoTech Inc. (NYSE: AIM) rose 6.1% to $2.10 in pre-market trading after the company highlighted start of recruitment in Roswell Park clinical trial incorporating ampligen in the treatment of cancer patients with mild or moderate COVID-19.
  • Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: INO) rose 5.1% to $14.32 in pre-market trading after jumping more than 20% on Tuesday.
  • Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE) rose 2.9% to $511.89 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected Q3 results.

  • Novus Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVUS) fell 10.9% to $0.9890 in pre-market trading. Novus Therapeutics shares climbed 193% on Tuesday after the company reported the acquisition of Anelixis Therapeutics, Inc., a privately held clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a next generation anti-CD40 Ligand antibody as a potential treatment for organ and cellular transplantation, autoimmune diseasesand neurodegenerative diseases.
  • Exela Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: XELA) fell 9.9% to $0.41 in pre-market trading. Exela Technologies gained over 20% on Tuesday after the company announced that together with General Dynamics Information Technology it was awarded a contract task order by the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • ADT Inc. (NYSE: ADT) fell 8.3% to $9.90 in pre-market trading after the company announced an equity shelf offering of up to 73.8 million shares by selling shareholders.
  • J.Jill, Inc. (NYSE: JILL) fell 8.1% to $0.6050 in pre-market trading. J.Jill recently announced it would avoid bankruptcy by receiving consent to conduct out of court financial restructuring.
  • Plus Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSTV) fell 7.3% to $ 2.81 in pre-market trading. Plus Therapeutics shares gained over 24% on Tuesday after the company said the FDA has granted fast track designation for its lead investigational drug, Rhenium NanoLiposomes, for the treatment of patients with recurrent glioblastoma.
  • Francesca's Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: FRAN) shares fell 7.2% to $3.66 in pre-market trading. Francesca's shares tumbled more than 22% on Tuesday after the company swung to a net loss for the second quarter and announced exploration of strategic alternatives.
  • Allied Esports Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: AESE) shares fell 6.5% to $1.43 in pre-market trading.
  • Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ: NKLA) fell 6.2% to $30.79 in pre-market trading. Short seller allegations against Nikola have caught the eye of the United States Department of Justice, the Financial Times reported Tuesday. The inquiry into the electric vehicle startup is being handled by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, which is interested in the report containing the allegations made by Hindenburg Research, according to FT.
  • Precipio, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRPO) shares fell 6% to $2.04 in pre-market trading after rising over 4% on Tuesday.
  • Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: STSA) fell 6% to $4.57 in pre-market trading. Statsuma Pharmaceuticals, last week, announced topline results from EMERGE Phase 3 trial of STS101 for acute treatment of migraine.
  • CBAK Energy Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBAT) shares fell 5.6% to $0.9295 in pre-market trading. CBAK Energy Technology shares jumped around 10% on Tuesday after the company won the bidding for Haier project and expanded its business in the smart home market.
  • Hancock Jaffe Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: HJLI) fell 5.2% to $0.4121 in pre-market trading after declining over 7% on Tuesday. Hancock Jaffe, last month, announced one year follow-up data on two additional VenoValve patients.
