  • Senmiao Technology Limited (NASDAQ: AIHS) rose 46.7% to $1.00 in pre-market trading after the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with large auto dealer group to expand auto business and increase access to electric vehicles.
  • Houston American Energy Corp. (NYSE: HUSA) rose 42.7% to $2.30 in pre-market trading. Houston American Energy reported a 1-for-12.5 reverse stock split effective today.
