Elon Musk To Join Joe Rogan's Podcast Again During Eventful Week For Tesla CEO
Tesla Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) CEO Elon Musk will be featured on Joe Rogan's show at 9 a.m. PT/noon ET Thursday, Rogan announced in Twitter and Instagram posts.
The last time Musk appeared on YouTube host Rogan’s show in 2018, he created a buzz by taking a puff of weed on-air.
Last week, Musk tweeted he has been rethinking his "attachment to the material world" and will be "selling almost all physical possessions."
The stock plunged 11% after Musk tweeted that Tesla's share price is "too high imo."
Some speculated that Musk's account was hacked, but Musk emailed a confirmation to the Wall Street Journal that it was indeed him tweeting.
On Monday, Musk and his girlfriend Grimes — real name Claire Boucher — welcomed a baby boy into the world, naming him X Æ A-12 Musk.
On Wednesday, it was reported that Musk has qualified for more than $700 million in stock options after Tesla hit financial benchmarks for the CEO's compensation package.
Tesla shares were trading down 0.14% to $781.50 at time of publication on Thursday. The stock has a 52-week high of $968.99 and a 52-week low of $176.99.
