  • XOMA Corp (NASDAQ: XOMA) rose 14.5 percent to $7.44 in pre-market trading after the company reported the presentation of positive data from its anti-PTH1R antagonist monoclonal antibody program.
  • Wi-Lan Inc (USA) (NASDAQ: WILN) shares rose 10 percent to $2.20 in pre-market trading. WiLAN reported corporate developments and new growth strategy. The company also announced plans to buy International Road Dynamics for $3.17 per share in cash.
  • Depomed Inc (NASDAQ: DEPO) rose 9.6 percent to $13.37 in pre-market trading after declining 3.86 percent on Monday.
  • Cabelas Inc (NYSE: CAB) rose 7.1 percent to $57.50 in pre-market trading. Cabela's disclosed that it has entered into revised transaction agreements in connection with Bass Pro Shops merger.
  • 58.com Inc (ADR) (NASDAQ: WUBA) rose 4.8 percent to $37.95 in pre-market trading. 58.com reported that Tencent will invest $200 million in used goods trading platform Zhuan Zhua.
  • Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: AUPH) rose 4.3 percent to $6.98 in pre-market trading. Aurinia disclosed that it has completed a licensing deal with Merck Animal Health for its nanomicellar formulation of voclosporin for the treatment of canine dry eye syndrome in dogs.
  • Jumei International Holding Ltd(ADR) (NYSE: JMEI) rose 4.3 percent to $3.86 in pre-market trading after gaining 4.23 percent on Monday.
  • Cytokinetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYTK) shares rose 4.3 percent to $12.25 in pre-market trading. Cytokinetics will replace Cardinal Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CFNL) in the S&P SmallCap 600 on Monday, April 24.
  • Mitek Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MITK) rose 4.2 percent to $7.40 in pre-market trading after the company disclosed that its ID Solutions has been selected by a global financial services firm.
  • Akari Therapeutics, Plc (NASDAQ: AKTX) shares rose 4.1 percent to $13.85 in pre-market trading after dropping 16.92 percent on Monday.
  • Gigamon Inc (NYSE: GIMO) shares rose 3.4 percent to $35.50 in pre-market trading. Gigamon will replace Ixia (NASDAQ: XXIA) in the S&P SmallCap 600 on Thursday, April 20.
  • Superconductor Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCON) shares rose 2.5 percent to $2.15 in pre-market trading after gaining 25.75 percent on Monday.
  • UnitedHealth Group Inc (NYSE: UNH) rose 2 percent to $169.98 in pre-market trading after the company posted upbeat quarterly earnings.

  • Cardinal Health Inc (NYSE: CAH) shares fell 12.3 percent to $71.77 in the pre-market trading session. Cardinal Health announced plans to acquire patient portfolio from Medtronic for $6.1 billion. The company expects FY17adjusted earnings outlook at the bottom of its previous guidance range.
  • Safe Bulkers, Inc. (NYSE: SB) fell 10.4 percent to $2.07 in pre-market trading after dropping 4.94 percent on Monday.
  • Cleveland BioLabs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBLI) shares fell 9.8 percent to $4.33 in pre-market trading after surging 194.48 percent on Monday.
  • Coupa Software Inc (NASDAQ: COUP) fell 6.5 percent to $27.71 in pre-market trading after rising 2.24 percent on Monday.
  • China Techfaith Wireless Comm. Tech. Ltd (NASDAQ: CNTF) shares fell 5.3 percent to $2.31 in pre-market trading after gaining 1.24 percent on Monday.
  • Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSE: IDN) fell 4.8 percent to $2.97 in pre-market trading after dropping 2.19 percent on Monday.
  • Richmont Mines Inc. (USA) (NYSE: RIC) dropped 4.5 percent to $7.50 in pre-market trading after declining 7.10 percent on Monday.

  • Skypeople Fruit Juice Inc (NASDAQ: SPU) fell 4 percent to $2.68 in pre-market trading. SkyPeople Fruit Juice reported a FY16 net loss of $5.5 million on sales of $34.4 million.
  • Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE: GS) fell 2.6 percent to $220.30 in pre-market trading after the bank reported downbeat earnings for its first quarter.
  • Kate Spade & Co (NYSE: KATE) fell around 2 percent to $19.02 in pre-market trading. Kate Spade reported Q1 GAAP earnings of $0.01 per share on revenue of $271 million.
