Major UK Newspaper Profiles WeedStock Conference Alumni On "Green Gold Rush" in Cannabis

Over the weekend, UK newspaper The Telegraph cited WeedStock Conference speaker Brendan Kennedy, CEO of Privateer Holdings, in a deep dive into the future of the marijuana industry in the United States.

The article frames Privateer as a capitalist cannabis pioneer, writing that "it would be hard to top the deal" it struck with reggae legend Bob Marley's estate in terms of brand positioning.

The company also mentions Tilray, a Canadian cannabis-growing firm whose CEO, Greg Engel, also spoke at the 2015 WeedStock Conference.
