  • Hertz Global Holdings, Inc (NYSE: HTZ) shares declined 31.8 percent to $24.37 after the company reported weaker-than-expected results for the third quarter and provided downbeat forecast for the full year.
  • CGG SA (ADR) (NYSE: CGG) shares dropped 28.4 percent to $18.56. CGG posted a Q3 loss of $3.95 per share on revenue of $264 million.
  • Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: KND) shares fell 26.3 percent to $6.40 after the company reported wider Q3 loss and announced plans to exit the skilled nursing facility business.

  • Cempra Inc (NASDAQ: CEMP) shares declined 13.9 percent to $5.90. Morgan Stanley downgraded Cempra from Overweight to Underweight and lowered the price target from $35.00 to $5.00.
  • CVS Health Corp (NYSE: CVS) shares declined 13.2 percent to $72.33. CVS delivered better than expected EPS for the third quarter though revenue missed. However, the company offered downbeat guidance for the fourth quarter and next year.
