  • Southern Copper Corp (NYSE: SCCO) rose around 3 percent to $26.75. HSBC upgraded Southern Copper from Sell to Hold.
  • Horizon Global Corp (NYSE: HZN) shares rose 2.4 percent to $18.28. DPE Deutsche Private Equity entered into a definitive agreement to sell Westfalia-Automotive and Terwa to Horizon Global.
  • Tata Motors Limited (ADR) (NYSE: TTM) rose 2.2 percent to $38.77. For the three months ended June 30, Tata Motors posted consolidated net profit of 22.36 billion rupees ($333.7 million) on revenue of 661.01 billion rupees.
