  • Auris Medical Holding AG (NASDAQ: EARS) dropped 59.6 percent to $2.16 as the company issued results from TACTT2 trial with Keyzilen in acute inner ear tinnitus. The trial did not meet co-primary efficacy endpoints. The company also reported Q2 earnings of CHF0.25 per share.
  • Cerulean Pharma Inc (NASDAQ: CERU) shares tumbled 55.1 percent to $1.23 after the company reported failed CRLX101/Avastin trial results. Leerink Swann, Janney Capital and JMP Securities downgraded the stock following the news.
  • The GEO Group Inc (NYSE: GEO) shares declined 39.3 percent to $19.59. The Department of Justice announced that it would be phasing out the use of private prisons.   • Briggs & Stratton Corporation (NYSE: BGG) declined 13.4 percent to $19.02 as the company posted weak Q4 results.
  • 58.com Inc (ADR) (NYSE: WUBA) fell 13.2 percent to $46.49 after the company reported Q2 results and issued a disappointing Q3 guidance.
  • Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) dropped 13 percent to $5.01 as the company posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCS) fell 8.2 percent to $6.30. Communications Systems has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share and increased its line of credit from $10 million to $15 million.
  • Twitter Inc (NYSE: TWTR) shares dropped 5.7 percent to $19.02. Evercore ISI Group downgraded Twitter from Hold to Sell and lowered the price target from $18.00 to $17.00.
